Although my Li is registered as 1966, out of curiosity I pumped the engine number (150Li 799XXX) in to scooterhelp and it came up Li 1959/60 Realising that scooterhelp may not be 100% reliable on this, I checked the British Lambretta Archive; the frame number (150Li3 736XXX) comes in as an s3 li150, but the high engine number suggests a Li150. I think the closest you are going to get is to find where in the sequence the engine number is and match it to the equal number in the frame sequence and date that, eg for a 150.
